This is an introductory studio course in watercolor painting. The student explores handling and control of watercolor processes. A variety of materials related to watercolor painting is covered, including paper, water media, and brushes. Composition and subject matter is examined. The development of a portfolio and documentation of work in digital media is covered. Students are responsible for materials required for this course. The student is provided an individual studio space. Laboratory 6 hours per week. FA
