ADJU 147 — Juvenile Procedures
Prerequisite(s): READ 02 or Reading placement of ENGL 111. This course provides an overview of the organization, structure, and legal aspects of the juvenile justice system. The history of juvenile law, sociological theories, and treatment strategies will be reviewed. Introduction to the juvenile system in Missouri is included. Lecture 3 hours per week. SP
