ADJU 113 — Criminal Law
Prerequisite(s): READ 02 or Reading placement of ENGL 111. This course examines the legal principles and Constitutional restrictions on federal and state criminal law. Students differentiate between various criminal offenses and explain the elements required of each law. Both model penal code and Missouri statues are reviewed. Lecture 3 hours per week. SP
