MGT 2580 - Management Applications MGT 2580 - Management Applications 3 Credits This course will review the performance management process, including: performance planning based on organizational strategic goals, measuring performance against goals, coaching and feedback, performance appraisals and employee development. This course will analyze the reasons that drive organizations to change (reactive and planned), understand barriers and resistance to change, and review techniques for making organizational change more effective. This course will also develop the ability to recognize and manage human and behavioral factors, such as individual differences, motivation, conflict, and communication, in organizations. (Fall)
