MET 1780 - Tool and Die Making MET 1780 - Tool and Die Making 4 Credits Various ferrous and non-ferrous metals and the theory of heat-treating will be examined. An in-depth study of gage designs including fixed, indicating, and automatic will be presented. The design of drill jigs and the construction of fixtures for vise, lathe, grinding and milling will be discussed. (Fall)
