HUM 1050 - Introduction to Film HUM 1050 - Introduction to Film 3 Credits Introduction to Film is a course intended to introduce students to the elements and basic history of filmmaking. The basic technical aspects of filmmaking such as cinematography, editing, mise-en-scene will be examined. The different types of American films will be examined and discussed in relation to the historic periods from which they arose. (Fall, Spring)
