SEPX 1039 — Living Well

An exploration of strategies for managing common chronic health conditions. Topics address living with asthma, diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension, focusing on triggers, monitoring, and preventative treatments. In collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association, the course also covers the 10 warning signs of Alzheimer's and practical ways to maintain brain health through diet, exercise, and social engagement. This course provides valuable knowledge for individuals managing these conditions and for their caregivers.
