SEPX 1037 — Move & Groove
An exploration of fun, creative ways to incorporate more physical activity into your daily routine. This workshop addresses the many physical and mental health benefits of exercise and outlines the components of a balanced fitness program, including cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. Participants will be introduced to simple, effective movements that can be done almost anywhere. Participation in physical activities is optional, and all ages and fitness levels are welcome. Required Corequisite: SEPX-1000
