ESLX 1010 — Low Beginning ESL Level 1
Designed for students whose primary language is other than English. Students will practice the beginning academic English skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and grammar in a variety of academic contexts in order to improve expressive and receptive language skills. In this level and course sequence (1A, 1B, 1C), students will practice and develop four skills to prepare them for the next level: ESLX 1011 High Beginning ESL Level 2.
