BMGT 1071 — Scrum Master/Agile PM Cert
This course introduces the principles and practices of Agile project management with a focus on the Scrum framework. Students will learn how to facilitate team collaboration, manage product backlogs, lead sprint planning and reviews, and apply Agile methodologies to real-world projects. Emphasis is placed on the role of the Scrum Master in guiding teams toward efficiency, adaptability, and continuous improvement. The course also prepares students to sit for the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) exam, equipping them with the knowledge and practical skills needed to pursue professional certification and advance in Agile project management careers.
