PLST251 — Legal Research And Writing II

Building on the research and writing skills acquired in PLST 151, emphasis is on critical analysis of legal authorities, analytical reading and writing, and persuasive and objective writing techniques. Students prepare a variety of documents requiring citation format for cases, statutes, and secondary legal authority, including a motion with persuasive brief.
