PLST235 — Evidence and e-Discovery

A survey in evidence and e-Discovery. Evidence laws and discovery rules are reviewed. There will be an examination of concepts, issues, and solutions presented by Electronically Stored Information (ESI) and e-Discovery. Focus will be on current civil litigation procedures.

Prerequisites: PLST152, PLST153, PLST156, PLST232
