PLST222 — Probate/Estate Planning

To provide an overview of legal authorities and procedures involved in probate and estate planning. Topics include estate planning tools such as wills and trusts; probate practice concepts including asset accumulation, debt management, and tax consequences; and health care directives. The skills and document production necessary for a paralegal working in the area of probate and estate law will be emphasized.
