PLST157 — Legal Technology
Students will increase their understanding and use of technology that is relevant in the paralegal profession. Students will understand and use netiquette in the development of legal documents and communications, and the use of video conferencing systems. Students will be familiar with current electronic case management systems, court filing systems, and financial management systems. Students will also examine the ethical and professional responsibilities required of attorneys when using legal technology.
