NAC110 — Fundamentals of Patient Care

This course provides students with the ability to practice and validate in the lab learning environment the knowledge and skills necessary to provide safe patient care. The knowledge, skills, and abilities include but are not limited to: CPR, vital signs, caregiver body mechanics, nutrition, assisting with personal hygiene and patient grooming, range of motion, transfer techniques, ambulation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and infection control.
