HIM320 — Information Protection

This course covers health information protection, access, use, disclosure, and compliance. Topics to include HIPAA privacy and security standards, confidentiality, protected health information, and applicable laws, regulations and policies. Students will gain knowledge of the legal and ethical implications of information protection.
