GEOL&101 — Introduction to Physical Geology

Introduces students to the materials and landscapes of the earth and the diverse geological processes that produce and change them. Subjects include rock formation, volcanoes, glaciers, rivers, and earthquakes. The laboratory includes various activities such as studying rock and mineral specimens, and local field trips.
