MUS 202 — Music Theory IV
is the culmination of the four-semester music theory cycle. In this course students apply the fundamental and analytical techniques they learned in previous theory courses. Special attention is paid to 20th Century compositional techniques and to the notation and practice of popular music styles. Prerequisites: MUS 201 with a minimum grade of "C" and Reading Proficiency
