MTH 109 — Medical Math
helps students build the mathematical skills necessary to be successful in the nursing program, some health science programs, and beginning science courses. Students utilize proportional reasoning and problem-solving strategies to address problems in context. Topics include units of measurement and dimensional analysis, formulas, percents, scientific notation, and medication dosages. Prerequisites: Reading Proficiency
