MGT 101 — Introduction to Supervision
This course is designed to provide the student with the latest leadership skills to function as a supervisor in today's modern organizations. Special emphasis is placed on coaching, motivation, positive reinforcement, achieving high productivity and the latest court decisions and laws that affect management decisions.
