LGL 230 — Employment Law
will examine the employer and employee relationship and the laws governing the employment agreement. This course will include the specific areas of employment discrimination, Worker's Compensation, and regulation of union activity. (Credit is only allowed for either LGL 230 or LGL 213.) Prerequisites: LGL 110 or LGL 108 with a minimum grade of "C" and Reading Proficiency
