provides an examination of the nature and authority of administrative agencies, the Administrative Procedures Act, rules and rule making, and administrative hearings. The student will examine the impact of various government regulations from Federal and Missouri agencies. Prerequisites: LGL 110 or LGL 108 with a minimum grade of "C" and Reading Proficiency
