HRT 101 — Introductory Horticulture
is an introduction to the biological aspects of plant life in the natural and built environment. Topics include cell structure, anatomy, morphology, physiology, taxonomy, environmental factors that affect plant growth, biodiversity, ecosystems, and sustainability as it relates to horticulture. Prerequisites: Reading Proficiency or concurrent enrollment in RDG 079
