EML 050 — Listening and Speaking for Multilingual Learners I
is designed for non-native speakers of English who need to develop listening and speaking skills to prepare for college-level courses. In addition, students listen to short spoken passages from a variety of disciplines, speeches, and short talks with an emphasis on beginning note-taking strategies and techniques as well as models for spoken English.
