DMS 113 — Cardiac Sonography Scanning Techniques I
introduces concepts of sonographic evaluation including gray-scale, M-mode, and Doppler of the cardiac system. Students will perform basic transthoracic scanning procedures and familiarize themselves with anatomy. Prerequisites: Entry into the Diagnostic Medical Sonography program and Reading Proficiency
