CRJ 124 — Criminal Law and Procedures
introduces students to the study of American criminal law and procedure. Major topics of study include the purposes of criminal law, the elements of criminal law, defenses and justifications, and constitutional limitations. Prerequisites: Concurrent or prior enrollment in CRJ 122 with a minimum grade of "C" and Reading Proficiency
