CLT 113 — Pathogenic Bacteriology
is the study of microorganisms, with an emphasis on bacteria associated with human diseases. The theory and principles of isolation, identification, biochemical reactions, growth requirements, and susceptibility testing are considered, and theory and practical application are stressed. (Credit is only allowed for either CLT 113 or CLT 104.) Prerequisites: CLT 101 with a minimum grade of "C" or permission of the program director and Reading Proficiency
