Topics and techniques may include safety, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), agarose gel electrophoresis, plasmid construction, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), polymerase chain reaction (PCR), cell culture, rapid plant genotyping, and other molecular research techniques.
