BIO 178 — Food Science Laboratory
provides a hands-on experience with equipment and technology for the culinary and dietetic student. The laboratory course will apply concepts learned from a Food Science lecture to a culinary or dietetic based lab experiences. Prerequisites: Concurrent or prior enrollment in BIO 177 with a minimum grade of "C", and Reading Proficiency
