BIO 119 — Field Botany
focuses on plant identification of native and naturalized grasses, forbs, and woody plants, with emphasis on flowering plants. The comparative morphology, systematics, evolution, and ecological factors that affect plant diversity and distribution, and the impact of humans on regional ecosystems are also explored.
