History of Modern Art surveys modern art beginning with the late-18th century and proceeding through the work of contemporary artists. Recurrent themes from the following periods will be examined: Impressionism, Cubism, Surrealism, Abstract Expressionism, and other modern and contemporary styles. Prerequisites: Reading Proficiency
