Emphasis is placed on interpreting and applying the National Electrical Code (NEC) , along with relevant local and state codes. Students will develop the ability to locate, interpret, and apply code requirements related to wiring methods, overcurrent protection, grounding and bonding, conductor sizing, and installation of equipment. Through practical exercises and real-world scenarios, students will gain the skills necessary to ensure code-compliant installations and prepare for journeyman licensure exams.
