ELE 200 - Commercial Wiring Theory ** [ Click here for Cert Information ] ELE 200 - Commercial Wiring Theory ** 3 Credit(s) This course introduces students to the principles, practices, and standards of electrical wiring in commercial buildings. Students will learn to install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in environments such as offices, retail spaces, schools, and industrial facilities. Emphasis is placed on conduit bending, panelboard installation, three-phase systems, lighting controls, and compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Through hands-on labs and real-world scenarios, students will develop the skills needed to work safely and effectively as commercial electricians, preparing them for apprenticeships, licensure, or direct entry into the workforce. All students will have the opportunity to earn NC3 Greenlee certification. Prereqs: ELE 180 Course Type: Lecture Tuition Tier: Tier I Delivery Method: In-Person Course Learning
