EGR 104 - Engineering Design EGR 104 - Engineering Design 3 Credit(s) This course introduces students to essential tools and techniques for designing engineering projects in a team setting. Activities include project planning, physical design with CAD, data analysis, and technical communication. Topics covered include scheduling, budgeting, decision analysis, basic charting/statistics, data interpretation, modeling, and effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences. A team project is used requiring significant team member interaction outside of class. CAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are also learned and utilized.
