EDU 287 - Teaching Professional with Field Experience EDU 287 - Teaching Professional with Field Experience 4 Credit(s) This course includes a minimum of 40 hours of school field experience in a variety of accredited PK-12 classroom(s) that provide opportunities to observe and contribute to teaching and learning. These field experiences facilitate pre-service teachers’ understanding of effective teaching in addition to their development of skills related to observation, instruction, and reflection. It is required that you have fully obtained your substitute certification with DESE the semester before taking the class.
