AGR 180 - Animal Science AGR 180 - Animal Science 4 Credit(s) This introductory course explores the fundamental principles of animal agriculture and companion animal care. Students will study the biology, management, and production of major livestock species including cattle, swine, sheep, and poultry, as well as companion animals. Topics include animal anatomy and physiology, nutrition, reproduction, genetics, housing and welfare, product quality, and current issues in animal agriculture.
