PHRM 104 — Calculations for Pharmacy Technician
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: MATH 061 with a grade of C or higher or equivalent placement score. Course provides a study of all basic and advanced calculations expected of a pharmacy technician in all practice settings. Students will study and practice percentages, significant figures, alligation, powder volumes, compounding formulas, weight-based dosing and problem-solving using ratios. Offered Fall only.
