ENGL 130 — Scriptwriting
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: ENGL 070 with a grade of C or higher or equivalent placement scores. Course explores the fundamental process of writing short scripts for film, theatre, and television. Students will learn to develop plot, style, characters, dialogue, setting, mood, and formatting as they draft and revise 10 to 15-minute scripts for reading in class and potential production. Course includes lecture, group work and presentations. Offered as needed. FIRE SCIENCE
