ECON 101 — Principles of Macroeconomics
Credit Hours: 3 MOTR Equivalent: MOTR ECON 101 Introduction to Macroeconomics, Social and Behavioral Sciences Prerequisites: ENGL 070 and MATH 061 with grades of C or higher or equivalent placement scores. Examines the economy as a whole with an emphasis on how scarcity affects a nation. Topics include understanding and measuring economic growth, inflation, unemployment, monetary, and fiscal policy, and exchange rates. Offered Fall, Spring, and Summer.
