CJ 101 — Introduction to Law Enforcement
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: None. Examines the history of policing in the United States and an overview of the relationship between law enforcement and the American society. Includes an examination of the duties of law enforcement officers, the operations of police agencies, police community relations, the police subculture, and the need for police objectives to conform to constitutional procedures. Offered Fall, Spring, and Summer.
