BSMT 185 — Project Management
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: Equivalent reading placement score into ENGL 070. Course will help students understand why organizations have developed a formal project management process to gain a competitive advantage. It covers concepts and skills that are used by managers to propose, plan, secure resources, Course Descriptions budget, and lead project teams to successful completion of their projects. The text is structured to meet the needs of those wishing to prepare for the PMP or CAPM certification exams. Same as CIS 185. Offered Spring only.
