BSMT 122 — Digital Marketing Essentials

Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: ENGL 070 with a grade of C or higher or equivalent reading placement scores. Introduction to the theoretical understanding of the Internet marketplace necessary to adapt to its changes. Topics include web design and analytics, search engine optimization, paid search marketing, display advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and online reputation management. Each student will work one on one with a business owner in the community to review and suggest improvements to the business’ digital marketing strategy. Offered Fall only.
