Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: ENGL 070 with a grade of C or higher or equivalent reading placement scores. Introduction to role of management and supervision. Examines the concepts and the practical application of fundamental supervisory skills such as planning, problem solving, motivation, staffing, leadership, training, managing conflict, and providing effective performance reviews.
