BADM 103 — Legal Environment of Business
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: ENGL 070 or ENGL 110 with a grade of C or higher or equivalent placement scores. Investigation of various legal issues encountered in the business environment. Emphasis is placed on developing an understanding of the court system. Includes specific legal topics such as contracts, torts, employment law, product liability, and consumer protection.
