AUTO 115 — Automotive Brakes
Credit Hours: 5 Prerequisite: AUTO 104 with a grade of C or higher. Corequisite: AUTO 104. Theory of operation, diagnostics and troubleshooting, repairing and servicing of brakes will be taught as well as modern anti-lock brakes and traction control systems. The diagnosis and repair of both drum and disc systems will be explored, including the fabrication of brake lines as a student project. Offered Spring only. (2.5 lecture, 2.5 lab)
