ART 107 — Watercolor II
Credit Hours: 3 Prerequisite: ART 106. Continuation of the search for a personal expressive identity in watercolor. The students will work from sources they have a personal relationship with, such as persons they know, or familiar places and things. In addition to observable sources, the students will be encouraged to respond to the materials used in a creative manner discovering that the process of painting itself suggests images and ideas. Students will advance their personal expressive identity through making decisions and finding solutions while exploring representation, abstraction and non- objective painting.
