Stark State’s chemistry program provides a strong foundation in chemical principles through hands-on lab experience, small classes, and personalized instruction, preparing students for transfer to four-year programs in chemistry, biochemistry, or related fields. It also builds critical thinking and technical skills that support careers in areas like health sciences, environmental science, engineering, and laboratory technology.
