AH 151 — Medical Coding III 2 2 0
This course is a continuation of AH 150, in the study of medical coding. The student will learn how to code a wide variety of patient services using CPT/tm, ICD-10-CM, and HCPCS codes. This class will provide an overall review of coding and compliance info rmation that was taught in the previous semester. AH 151 will provide the students with multiple real- world medical cases to dissect and properly code, and it will assist them in preparing to sit for the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) exam at the end of the semester.
