PHRX1030 — Pharmacy Calculations
4 Credit Hour(s) The course will include mathematical computations essential to pharmacy technicians in a variety of settings. Course emphasis my include but may not be limited to: Roman numerals, ratio and proportion, dimensional analysis, decimals, dosage calculations, system of measurements adn IV calculations. This course is not designed for transfer to four-year universities. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
