MEET1314 — Non-Destructive Inspection and Testing Lab
3 Credit Hour(s) This course examines the industry standard methods used to test material without causing damage. The student will study Non- Destructive Testing (NDT) methods including ultrasonic, magnetic particle, radiographic, eddy current and liquid penetrant. Additionally, the student will gain hands-on experience with ultrasonic, liquid penetrant, and magnetic particle equipment. Students should check course recommendations with the college or university to which they intend to transfer for a baccalaureate degree. The receiving institution always makes the final decision about transferability of credits.
